Nana had a hat shop.

Like her, I too wanted to unleash my creativity and fashion a custom imprint within the world.

So, I began creating art jewelry and studying metalsmithing. I love connecting my imagination with my hands. From the initial concept to the final piece, I find a rhythm… generally a fun rhythm that allows me to slow down and reconnect with the little girl inside of me, the creative daydreamer.

Yes, quite often, you’ll find me in my own little world. Why not?

Daydreaming serves as the prelude to my creations… whether it becomes a jewelry piece, a painting, visualizations, digital content, or even a project brought to life.

​

My work is inspired by my travels, journeys, trials, tribulations, and faith, and the growth that comes from it all.

Before their heavenly transition, I showed my work to my late Mommy and Daddy, and they both said, “You should sell these, Les!”

​

Like my parents, I feel their words as part of a creative power from my ancestry, something embedded in me.

 

So, I gave life to the L Louise Kollective.

What began as art jewelry has grown into a creative umbrella, an artistic imprint celebrating uniqueness through culturally rooted self-expression. As my creativity evolved, so did the expression.

PhrameWerk emerged as an extension of that journey, original artwork that brings that same energy into the spaces we live in.
