Each piece is created with intention, whether handcrafted or produced through our trusted print partners.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

Art Jewelry (Handcrafted Pieces)

- Processing Time: 5–7 business days

- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after production

- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days after production

Complimentary standard shipping is included for all U.S. orders.

Art Pieces (PhrameWerk Collection)

- Estimated Delivery Time: 8–10 business days

Shipping:

Complimentary standard shipping is included for all U.S. orders.

General Notes:

- U.S. shipping only

- No weekend/holiday shipping

- Orders may be combined

2. Returns & Exchanges

Art Jewelry:

- Must be unworn and undamaged

- Return request within 14 days

- Approval required

Refunds issued within 10 business days after inspection.

Art Pieces:

All art pieces are made to order and non-returnable.

If damaged/defective:

Contact within 7 days at info@llouisekollective.com with photos.

Approved claims receive a replacement.

3. Quality Disclaimer

Slight variations in color or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

4. Lost or Delivery Issues

Contact within 30 days of estimated delivery date.

5. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or failed deliveries. A new order may be required.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours.
