SHIPPING & RETURNS

Welcome to The L Louise Kollective. Please read the Shipping & Returns Policy to understand how we manage these processes.

1. Shipping Policy

Upon order confirmation, please allow 5 - 7 business days for creation, as each piece is custom-made/handmade to order.

U.S. Domestic Shipping ONLY

The L Louise Kollective offers standard ground and priority delivery services within the United States. After you’ve entered your delivery address, you will be able to see the delivery services available.

Standard Shipping 

Our team carefully packages your order in 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Once it's all ready to go, you can expect your package to be delivered to you in 2-5 days depending on your location.  The cost of shipping will be calculated upon your checkout.

Priority Shipping 

Your package will be prioritized and ready to go in 1-3 business days. Once it leaves our hands, the shipping partner works to get it to you in less than 3 days.  The cost of shipping will be calculated upon your checkout.

Priority shipping orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. If you have an urgent request for delivery, please email info@llouisekollective.com.

We are pleased to offer complimentary local delivery within the Michigan region (15 mile radius). If eligible, you will notice the free delivery option at checkout for local delivery (estimated 2-3 business days after order is handmade/completed within the 5-7 day cycle).

Please note that we reserve the right to combine multiple orders placed within a 1-3 business day timeframe for business or shipping efficiency.

Keep in mind that packages with additional items weigh more and incur higher shipping costs. Thank you for understanding!

Please note: We take great care in packaging your order, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery. Damaged packaging will not qualify for replacement.

Packages do not ship on weekends or the following US holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • President's Day

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Indigenous People's Day

  • Veteran's Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas


2. Return Policy

Return Eligibility Window:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Condition of Returned Items:

We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged products purchased at full price for a return via refund within 14 days of the delivery date.   

To be approved, a return must meet all the following criteria: ​

  • Items are in their original condition without signs of wear.  

  • Return was postmarked within 14 days from the date of order delivery. Items returned without approval (within the 14-day window) are not eligible for a refund. 

  • We take great care in packaging your order, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery. Damaged packaging will not qualify for replacement.

Please ensure the product receipt/required documentation is included in the package.


Refunds: Refunds are issued (e.g., to the original payment method) within 10 business days upon receipt of product (within its original condition).

No exchanges.


3. Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:

​

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.  Please send an email to info@llouisekollective.com to advise of cancellation.
